Purchasing: 

We accept purchases via Instagram and Online. DM us any time if you are interested in an item for sale.

We do not hold items unless a deposit has been made. Product(s) will be marked as sold until full payment is received. 

*Restock fees of 25% - 30% may apply on qualifying inventory.

 

Shipping + Delivery: 

Local Curbside Delivery is available and ranges between $30-$200 dependent on location and size. Ban Ban is not responsible for any damages made to items once it leaves our premises.

Domestic Shipping - If you do not reside locally and would like and item shipped domestically, please send us an email or DM via Instagram requesting a shipping quote. For accurate shipping quote, please provide: shipping address and phone number.

International Shipping is not available at this moment for furniture items.

If you are not charged for shipping at checkout, your item will not be shipped unless a quote has been confirmed and shipping is paid for.

Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping companies and do not control shipping rates. Ship items at your own risk - items are insured through shipping carriers, and is the buyer's responsibility to file any necessary claims.

Buyer is responsible for shipping fees on any accepted return items. All vintage sales are final.

 

Pick Up:

Sold products must picked up within 7 days purchase unless agreed otherwise. If additional time is needed, please send us a note or a fee will be applied for storage per day. 

Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned property and will not be refunded.  

 

Returns:

All vintage and Instagram sales are FINAL. Ban Ban does not offer returns, all sales are final, and all merchandise is sold as is. Please be sure to read about condition and ask for photos/videos if noted. The condition of each product may vary accordingly and are always sold as is.

 

Vintage Disclaimer:

Ban Ban offers a variety of vintage and contemporary pieces. Our inventory consists of items made between 20-70+ years old - we do not offer warranty on these items and do our best to describe each condition before the sale is made. After a purchase, Ban Ban is not responsible for any breakage or malfunctions. We do not offer repairs or returns.
